Reading Labels

What I am doing is reading the ingredients.  I'm not counting calories, fat grams, carbs, or whatever else.  I'm just reading the ingredients.  If there's alot of words in it that I can't pronounce, or know what it is, then I'm not getting it.  Short and sweet.  That's all folks!  :-)

Besides, the fresher you go, the few calories there are.  ;-)
