This was really good!
You'll notice in the picture below that I used Peaches in light corn syrup.
That's because I still some of those left. As I use up what I've got in the pantry, I'm buying natural as possible. Like, Peaches in it's own juice. Or, even frozen Peaches.

Ingredients:Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast, Brown Sugar, Peaches in it's own Juice. Ground Ginger, Ground Cloves, Parsley, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, and Pepper
Heat your oven to 350.
Take your breast (the chicken breast, not yours) and rub salt and pepper into it - both sides. :-)
Pour the Peaches into the pan. Pour a little Lemon Juice around in the pan. Sprinkle with Ground Ginger, Ground Cloves, Parsley, and Brown Sugar. Place it in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn them half way through.
And there you go! Doesn't that look yummy!?
We had ours with Baked Florets. Very good meal.
Recipe:
- 3-6 SB Chicken Breast
- 1C Brown Sugar
- 1 can Peaches, in it's own juice (may use frozen)
- 1/8t Ground Ginger
- 1/8t Ground Cloves
- Parsley
- 2T Lemon Juice
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Salt and pepper your chicken and rub in - both sides.
- Place in pan and pour peaches into pan.
- Pour lemon juice in pan.
- Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients
- Bake for 15min - turn - bake another 15min.
